GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations specify the types and scope of services provided by electronic means by the website https://www.osworkshop.com, terms and conditions of concluding and terminating contracts for provision of services by electronic means, as well as the complaint procedure.

Each Service User is obliged to observe provisions hereof from the moment of taking any measures to use Electronic Services of the Website https://www.osworkshop.com.

For issues which are not regulated herein, the following provisions shall apply:

SERVICE USER – a natural person, a legal entity or an organisational unit without legal personality having legal capacity to use the Electronic Service according to the respective law.

ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service User via the Website.

NEWSLETTER – Electronic Service allowing the User to subscribe and receive free-of-charge information from the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the Service User.

TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Service Provider makes it possible to use Electronic Services through the Website:

use of the Contact Form,

use of the Newsletter,

Electronic Services are rendered to Users on terms described herein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS FOR PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Provision by the Service Provider of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III item a of the Regulations shall be free of charge.

The period for which contracts are concluded:

contracts concerning provision of an Electronic Service which consists in allowing sending of a message by the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and is terminated at the moment of sending the message or waiving the message by the Service User.

contracts concerning the Electronic Service consisting in the use of the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period of time.

Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:

computer with internet access,
-
e-mail access,
-
internet browser,
-
turning on Cookies and Javascript in the internet browser.

The Service User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, ensuring respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Service User is obliged to introduce data consistent with the facts.

The Service User is prohibited from providing any illegal content.

CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT

Termination of the Electronic Service contract:
-
It is possible to terminate a contract concerning an Electronic Service provided continuously and for indefinite term (e.g. using the Newsletter).

The User may terminate the contract with immediate effect and without indicating any reason by sending a relevant statement via e-mail to the following address: info@osworkshop.com

The Service Provider may terminate the contract for provision of the Electronic Service provided continuously and for an indefinite period if the Service User breaches the Regulations, in particular when the User provides illegal content and continues to do so after an ineffective prior summons to cease those breaches setting a relevant deadline. In such a case, the Contract expires after 7 days from the date of submitting the declaration of will of its termination (the period of notice).

Termination leads to termination of the legal relationship with effect for the future.

The Service Provider and the Service User may terminate the Electronic Service Contract at any time by agreement between the parties.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Complaints related to provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:

Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Website may be submitted by the User by e-mail to the following address: info@osworkshop.com

The above-mentioned email should provide as much information and circumstances concerning the matter of complaint as possible, especially the type and date of irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and accelerate processing of complaints by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider shall examine the complaint immediately, not later than within 14 days.

The Service Provider's response to the complaint shall be sent to the User's e-mail address indicated in the complaint notification or otherwise provided by the Service User.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content posted on the website available at https://www.osworkshop.com is covered by legal copyright protection and owned by Elders of the Internet Błażej Owczarczyk; the Service User shall bear full responsibility for damage incurred by the Service Provider as a result of any use of content of the website https://www.osworkshop.com without the Service Provider’s consent.

Any use by anyone of any of the elements constituting the content of the website https://www.osworkshop.com without the express written consent of the Service Provider constitutes a violation of the copyright of the Service Provider and shall result in civil and criminal liability.

Contracts concluded through the Website shall be concluded in accordance with Polish law.

In the event of non-compliance of any part of the Regulations with the applicable law, the relevant provisions of the Polish law shall apply in the place of the questioned provision of the Regulations.
